Alignment of Functional Requirements to Technology

This alignment ensures that technology and service deliverables are tailored to each customer's unique functional requirements. Network Analysis and Design Services

The newest generation of WLAN technology (e.g. 802.11n) can provide access speeds that approach those of wired networks. To ensure maximum return on that investment, NEC conducts a network assessment followed by a design proposal. This resolves immediate operational issues, and includes a long range plan that best suits customer needs.

On-Site Wireless LAN Services

A survey of buildings and floors is conducted on site with industry leading site survey tools. This survey determines current environmental health and recommends the number of and locations for access points (APs). Findings are described in a customized deliverable report and migration plan.

Off-Site Wireless LAN Services

This survey provides recommendations for number of APs and their locations using Radio Frequency (RF) prediction analysis, and an industry-leading Predictive analysis, using NEC's years of front-line engineering experience and customer-provided building floor plans and construction information. An on-site visit is generally not needed for this type of survey. Findings, recommendations and migrations are described in a customized deliverable report.
