Logging in to the Learning Management System
Your login ID = is your current Tech ID or your assigned user name.
New users will be assigned a temporary CASE sensitive password with specific login instructions.
Existing users who have forgotten their password must select the Forgot your password? “Click here!” link to obtain a temporary CASE sensitive password.
Upon receipt of your new temporary CASE sensitive password you must type it into the password field – DO NOT copy and paste it into the password field because you will be locked out again.
If you have not been successful in logging in after the third attempt DO NOT try a fourth attempt because you will be locked out of the system. After the third failed attempt enter your Tech ID and then click on the: Forgot your password? Click here link located just below the Password field and enter your correct email address. The system will send you a new temporary CASE sensitive password by email within 5 - 15 minutes.
If you do not have a tech ID, your company’s Profile administrator must contact the NTC by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide all of the required information on the attached profile request form on your behalf.
The NTC does not accept requests from individuals for security reasons and to protect the Associates from having unauthorized or unsponsored users from accessing NEC proprietary training information. Therefore your company must submit the request on your behalf.
